Situated within 140 acres of a working farm, running alongside the River Tamar with views of Dartmoor and Launceston Castle.
The farmhouse and barns have been recently refurbished to a high standard retaining many original features.
We are able to offer quality accommodation for groups or individuals in an idyllic Cornish setting.
Lower Goodmansleigh is the perfect base for touring both Devon and Cornwall.

Leave the A30 at the LIFTONDOWN Junction and then go left at the T Junction signposted POLSON. Continue on this road until you cross Polson Bridge with Launceston Rugby Club on your left and turn right signposted ST LEONARDS & PAINTBALL GAME.
Continue on this road past the Riding Stables for approx ½ Mile and we are located on the right hand side.
